When i started running back in September, i used to wear a normal bra plus a sport one over it. It prevented the pain from "jumping"...now i still have the same size (Arghh!!) but the pain is gone so i can wear only a sport bra (am satisfied with these from JD sport).

am finally able to buy clothes which looks great in 10/12 but when i used to try them in 14/16 or even 18 it looked horrible... also i feel i have far more energy and am able to breath smoothly while exercising ^_^

ps. my doc said am psychologically addicted to coffee and my body is physically addicted do caffeine that's y he sent me to rehab but i guess am not ready to reduce the intake

yes, attended rehab for a month then gave up and continue drinking coffee with energy drinks :drinker:

there was a time, I was drinking about 10 litres of water per day. I was thirsty all the time so went to the doc to get some tests (like diabetes, issue with kidneys,etc)...he said all tests results are ok, ...anyway he advised me to decrease the water intake. Nowadays am fine with 4 litres...
