I'm going to be the oddball out here, as I usually am, and say, that is because 1200 calories is just not enough. Sure, in theory, you could do it... I agree with just having a bit less... I keep mini chocolate bars in my closet (I have thieving kids haha) for chocolate cravings I have one for 65 calories. I never feel deprived but don't go crazy. Motivation will come and go... But, you do it anyway. Make it a habit, do it. It helps to find something you love and actually look forward to. Maybe spruce up what you are doing or try something new. But, just keep pushing :smile:

For me, I have a schedule that I adhere to. In the a.m. after breakfast I swing days... M,W,F are strength training for at least 30 min and T,TH,S are cardio in the a.m. Then after hubby gets home, I walk my backyard for 30min to an hour.
