I ate more than +5K calories over my maintenance over the weekend; I tracked it all. Normally I would not log for the day if I was eating too much. *Edited for clarity

I would not intentionally put on perfume just going to the gym. However, if I go straight from work I have remnants of perfume on me from getting ready in the a.m.

I had a tummy tuck after losing. It's going to be an emotional roller coaster :) There will be a time during recovery you question yourself about why you did this. 3/6 months into recovery you are going to be happy you did it! :wink:

Yes, I had one. 2lbs of excess skin removed after 50lbs lost. My skin wasn't going to bounce back because it had been overweight for 20 years. If you have the resources, time and is something you really want to do then go for it. before after a week out still swollen

1. Sagging skin 2. Thinking that all your problems would be magically solved...lol. Just moves your focus to something else because you are no longer hyper-focused on losing .

I have been living in Germany for almost 4 years and plan tons of solo travel. Tour company costs are outrageous! Plan your own. Check skyscanner.com for cheap tickets to Europe. If you want to see several places in Europe you can easily fly from city to city cheaply using RyanAir, WizzAir etc.…

This ^^ Find what works for you. I do intermittent fasting. I am not a fan of breakfast (unless it's free). I eat a big dinner then a snack later on. I like to feel comfortably full at dinner.

I cannot see how tall she is, but I am assuming between 5' and 5'3". I am definitely not a toddler; they are still growing so their caloric needs are not the same as a full grown adult. I hover around 1200. I am short, older and relatively sedentary. How much one should consume is highly subjective to their life style.
