30 Day Shred Start buddy?

Anyone starting the 30day shred today or tomorrow want to keep each other on track? I can start a group or just add me! :)

I'm a beachbody nut who has been offline since 2012 but finally having some more time to get back into working out (which I love almost as much as being a couch potato)!

I may move on to Insanity after this if it goes well! OR T25 Alpha.

    Hey y'all, sorry for the post and drop I did. Had a terrible tooth infection and been MIA since.

    Now I'm bk pain free. Anyone down for a aug 7th start?
