last weekend i ran 6 miles at a sub 13 min pace!! I just started running last april and to me that was huge....

do some research on web for home exercises if you are just starting out. Keep in mind that any push ups, lunges, squats , ect are still using your body weight. no equipment needed.

go enjoy the birthday party. weight loss is a journey and one meal won't wreck you. as to only eating 1200 calories. That might not be enough your your body already and then you are working out to?... your body might end up in starvation mode.

i love some more then other veggies, but overall i eat a variety of them suckers. now my husband is a different story. he loves potatoes, raw carrots, beans and corn. that's it!! he likes the flavor of onion and tomatoes but the texture gets to him. As long as I chop up the veggies pretty fine so he can swallow them…

I eat breakfast at 0600, lunch at 1100, and supper somewhere between 0530-0700. I if i get hungry before lunch i may eat an orange or granola bar, or even part of my lunch then finish it at 1100. i always have a snack around 1400 to get me through to supper since I workout when I get home and need the energy. once it warms…

hello, I am 35 and currently trying to lose 20 lbs by working out and eating right. which is kinda a tough road since i love food and alcohol :drinker: , I am currently doing T25 and running outside when the Iowa weather permits. feel free to add me if you'd like to.

I try to workout in the morning before work. I find my day goes better that way. At night I don't have as much energy and there is the chance I will just not workout.

Have you been taking measurements? sometimes the scale isn't the best indicator. I haven't lost much weight doing T25. But I have lost inches and I can tell my cardio endurance has improved a lot. double check your diet and see if you are eating the correct calories and not a lot of crap instead of protein and veggies. do…

I started it this morning and enjoyed the first session. I have a bad knee so i used some of the modifiers, but still felt like i got a good workout in. my husband is using me as a guinea pig, and if i like it then he will give it a go.
