I'd recommended pole fitness as soon as you feel ready! I have never felt more confident, or stronger :) it really firms your arms too! And if course it is so much fun!!! I want to do the three peaks challenge! The three highest peaks in the UK in 24 hours! (Including travel time)

You can all add me if you want!

I'm always looking for more support too! Feel free to add me!

Everyone can add me if they want! :p I'm trying to work out everyday (3 strength, 3 cardio, 1 walking or steady swimming) while eating healthy. My friends on here seem to be slowly disappearing. :/ :'(

Woo well done! Great motivation to get back into lifting!

My NSV is that after trying to get into a healthy mindset the thought of eating more than one biscuit or more than a small piece of cake makes me feel ill. My family all binge eat, especially at this time of year, so it's nice to be able to resist the temptation and carry on eating healthy when everyone around me is…

I did a different version and felt more motivated to drink water and exercise :) plus it felt like I had had the best night sleep ever

Thank you for your help everyone The dark chocolate idea is great - so is the idea of buying one single gorgeous serving from the bakery!! I never thought of vocalising whether I am hungry or not - I tried it earlier and it actually made me not want it, just the fact that I knew I wasn't hungry stopped me I think.

almond milk tastes gorgeous in hot chocolate :P lovely nutty taste. and smoothies or even as a glass of milk but I hate it in tea (not that I drink it much anyway) At home we use 1% milk which is great but my boyfriend prefers full-fat - at the moment we're compromising on semi-skimmed at university but will probably end…

when I'm stressed it's an impulse thing I can have things in the house for months without eating them usually I don't want to cut them out entirely just cut down on the stress sugar intake
-
I'm the same. Not at maintenance yet but getting closer and I was doing really well until it started getting dark early. Now all I want to do is eat and sleep, if it wasn't for the walk to uni and my boyfriend insisting we need to go climbing more often I don't think I'd do much at all  Need to get back on it.

Hi I'll send you a request to - my friends appear to be a bit thin on the ground at the moment and I always need the extra help
-

I feel you :( in all the shops I used to love my waist is a size 10, my chest is a 12 and my thighs are a 14 -.- buying clothes that look nice is impossible everything just hides the fact that I now have a waist
-
you're not imagining it :) there's loads of difference there...it's a huge change in a week well done :D !
-
I'm in haha I usually manage 6 so it's going to have to be a couple of times a day haha
-
I'm giving up bread - it disagrees with me anyway I get all bloated so it's probably a good idea. I'm also cutting the deserts down to two special ones once a week instead of filling up my calories each day with deserts I don't really enjoy :)
-
I love solomons trail shoes, pricey but they last for ages so are worth it and the arch and the height of the heel is perfect for me I always run around the store in them - get complained at but there's no point buying them if you don't know if they're comfortable
-
I completely know what you mean When I come home from uni I have to go out and restock the fridge with things I want to eat instead of living on bread and chocolate. At first my parents were just like yours, they really didn't like how I was eating and told me constantly. I sat down with them and explained everything, why…
-
I haven't lost much weight but I've been strength training too, my boyfriend started noticing differences straight away apparently. He constantly tells me my waist feels smaller or abs feel harder :P I thought he was just been nice tbh But I went home a few weeks after I started and my family made comments about how my…

There appears to be a lot of people missing the reference to the sailing club made at the end of the post...

My goal is to loose an inch off my stomach and another inch off each of my thighs :P I'm not really bothered what the scales say any more because my body composition has been changing a lot quicker than the scales :)
-
I love the halogen you can cook pretty much everything in it :P http://www.halogenovenrecipes.co.uk/healthy-recipes.html/ I use some of the recipes from here :) (they should appear down the side)
-
I'm in :) I originally had about 5lb left to my goal but I think I can drop a bit more than that now :) My goal will be either 10lb gone in 100 days or if I can do it in inches another inch off my waist and each of my thighs and maybe half an inch off my upper arms :') body composition is changing faster than the scales…

If I'm really ill I just sleep, if i'm a just a bit off i go for a nice easy walk and figure my body just needs a day off :)
-
I'm Lauren from West Yorkshire :) I want to loose about half a stone I think (still undecided, I'll know where I want to be when I get there :) ) I'm finding it really hard to loose the weight, body just seems to like where it is, but I'm starting Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 today :) feel free to add me :D

Starting weight 152 :) looking forward to a healthy summer :D
