  • I haven't cheated since February. Reason being is once I start then I tend to continue down that path and it's hard for me to get back into it. So for now I am calculating all food choices and logging and keeping within my goal and that has been good for me.

  • also not sure where you live but in michigan we have a site that I follow that is way cool and they include matchups for grocery stores and include where to find coupons etc. Bargains to Bounty-this site saves me so much money, you can also like them on facebook! Hope this helps.

  • Do you mean an incline trainer treadmill? If so I have one, and there are a ton of great intense trails once you work your way up. Mine goes up to a 40 degree incline so you burn more calories faster! It will kick your butt, love mine.

  • It is extremely hard. I havn't had much to eat yet today, 2 slices of toast, coffee, cream, 1 cup yogurt, can of tuna, light miracle whip, onion and 1 stalk celery and I'm over 700.   • I live in Michigan and only pay at the most $3.50 for a gallon of milk when it's not on sale. I still think that is expensive too.
  • I use the Leslie Sansone Walk away the pounds 3 Mile Walk-I'm a big walker and it's hard to get out in the winter. It's a 45 minute high impact walking video I figured out that it burns about 300 calories.
