This is the first time I have ever tracked calorie intake, so I have never know what I was taking in. I am in the red for fiber intake, is that bad?

It just means you went over in fiber. Fiber is good for you and it helps to keep "things" moving. Just make sure you are drinking plenty of water cuz as good as fiber is to keep you regular, it could also do the opposite if don't drink enough water. :flowerforyou:0

thanks, I have had lots of water today, so that shouldn't be an issue. I feel like using a tracker is really helping me to stay on track! I appreciate the input.0
