Weigh it....compare it to cal/gr.

I put it in my mixer to make oat flour. Then I add it to shakes! Milk+oatmeal+whey+cacao powder. Extremely quick, it's healthy, and medium tasty.. lol If I already had enough protein, I leave out the whey. But you'll need to chug it down then, without the whey it's not quite tasty.. You can also make protein pancakes with…

16 oz is about 475ml, which is about 600gr rice. Dry rice is about 360cal per 100gr, so 600gr of rice would be 2160cal. Cooked rice is nearly 100cal per 100gr.

I have a good blender. I like cheese a lot, but I try to avoid though, too much saturated fat and salt. Your friend uses a half of what to make two drinks? Avocado? As for the milk...easy calories indeed, and tasty for shakes!

Thanks for the ideas! As I expected...foods rich in fat are the way to go. I think I'm going to try some nut butters. Never been a nutty-guy, but who knows! And of course pasta, rice, and avocado! Thanks for the reminder Ulwaz, I used to prep pastas and rice so I could eat it during the day. Thinking of a yogurt+nut…

I already eat 500gr curd (the greek yoghurt like stuff) a day, so let's not add more yoghurt.. And I don't have any trouble reaching my daily protein goal, so I won't add more protein powder either. But peanut or almond butter in a shake... I might try that! Got to love foods rich in fat. I hope it blends well in the milk.…

Who cares..

Curd (the Greek yoghurt like) with goji berries.

You might not want to listen to what Jim is telling you...but let me tell you this. If I would eat under 4500cal a day I would loose weight. What I'm saying, is that everyone is different. So you want to gain weight, please do it in a healthy, controlled manner, like I do: Determine your total daily calorie goal (and…

Technique training should be at 75%. To improve your PR you should be training at 90% / 95% and occasionally 100%. You should be able to keep swimming at 75% for a prolonged time without rest, say 10 minutes or more. At 95%... you should be giving nearly everything you got.

Fruit. Pasta. Ice cream.

Stay hydrated. Don't drink coffee etc. Relax your feet.. That's really all there's to it.

You should be using your whole body for the butterfly.. If you're not doing the butterfly correctly it is indeed very tiring. It's all about rhythm. You should also breath as close to the water as possible, maybe to the side if you like (I do that). Try skip breathing at some strokes, you'll notice the stroke is easier if…

For the butterfly and freestyle there never is a reason for the arms to be high up over the water..during freestyle your fingertips should be nearly touching the water when you move them forward. Other than that, I must advise against changing your technique for the sake of a watch that doesn't catch your strokes properly.…

I feel like everybody has already given you plenty of tips on the technique. But for the cramps...it's not about food, it's about water. If you haven't drank enough during the day, you're much more likely to get cramps. Also where did you get cramps? Cramps at the wrong place may indicate bad technique as well. As for the…

Here's another butterfly drill. I had to do it a few trainings ago. First you should warm up your butterfly, e.g.: 50m butterfly kick 2x 50m: 25m right arm + 25m left arm (with kick) 50m 3x right arm, full stroke, 3x left arm, full stroke, repeat Then 7x 100m (10sec rest): 25m butterfly - 75m breaststroke 50m butterfly -…

Well, the arm motion you make for the butterfly is much alike to the freestyle. Doesn't it tell in the manual? Have you contacted the manufacturer yet?

I'm into healthy lifestyle, and thus healthy foods as well, if that's what you're saying. I enjoy the healthy foods more and find them tastier - much tastier. Everyone has their own cravings. :drinker: Beer is one of mine. You, Sad Panda for 10 days. Me, Happy Panda for life.

Too old :ohwell:

Why no oatmeal?

Though, this real French bagel beats all of the above. Damnit, I'm getting hungry now. :grumble:
-
Can't beat the French at their own game: Oh sorry, you were about to stop eating them.. Edit: This one is quite healthy actually, why not give it a try? It's absolutely tasty.

Never do explain MFP. I just say I keep track of my food.

Isn't goldschlager like goldstrike? A 50% cinnamon liquor with gold flakes, spicy but sweet taste to it. I think it's delicious. You guys should try 80% absinth, Stroh 80, or the Ukrainian vodka above.
-
This. Bbbbrrrrrrrrrrrrr It's MADLY worse than Stroh 80.

No idea?

 Not  Damn it, I'm bad at lying. :grumble:
