    healthy snacks? what????

I like those Quaker Popped snacks and rice cakes... lots of different flavors. It's like chewing on styrofoam but tasty. lol Hmmm, what else... I'll go crazy eating baby dills/baby carrots sometimes. Golden delicious and gala apples. Make some air popped popcorn. Stuff like that!

I love the Quaker rice cake "popped" chips, so I have a ton of those along with the actual big cakes.

I spend a lot of $$ on turkey, and make my own turkey jerky from a dehydrator.

    Protein bars

Sugar free / fat free pudding mixes (I eat the whole box)

Sugar free / fat free jello made with a diet soda

    Veggie chips

    Carrots and hummus

    Candy bars...........

Anything that fits into my macros I eat....

Curious - why do you make fat free jello with a diet soda?

I usually get unsweetened almond milk and the Natvia chocolate drinking powder with instant coffee for a 50 calorie iced mocha.

    *edited for grammatical error, lol.

I have completely curbed my snacking, but I do keep Blue Diamond Smokehouse almonds in my purse just in case.

But I use to love snacking on vanilla yogurt with tons of berries in it with honey drizzled over, or those baked (fried?) vegetable.

Well, I like Jello, a lot. And using diet soda instead of water gives it way more of a flavor.

Like last night.... I made orange jello with diet crush soda and threw in some orange slices .... EPIC.

I try to eat as cleanly as possible but I do have one highly processed go-to snack that I absolutely love - seafood sticks. Back in the day they used to call them "crab sticks" but that was outlawed since they contain next to no crab. They probably contain next to no seafood either - they're made from the dubious sounding "fish protein" - but they are yummy and only 17 cals a piece so they're perfect for a quick snack. I also like them chopped up and mixed with mayo to make a sandwich filler.

Apart from that, I snack on fruit, raw veggies, and I'm currently loving malt loaf :-)

    Cinnamon roast almonds!
They taste like candy, yet have only 1g sugar per 28g serving.
(Plain almonds also have 1g sugar per 28g serving)

    LARABARs.
My favorite is the chocolate chip cookie dough, and coconut chocolate chip.
For around 200 calories, it feels like you're eating a decadent dessert, but they are so natural and nourishing.

    Fruits and veggies.
Bell pepper, celery, carrots, green beans.
    Apples, oranges, berries, bananas.
I love to make banana soft serve for dessert :)
