I loved it. May I share it with friends?

my b u t t hurts from the kicking, but I'm back on the wagon and enjoying the ride. Have a great week, I'll be here.

Thanks. I was so motivated for three months, I walked 2.2 miles every morning. I need to just do it!
-
Got lazy, stopped walking, stopped logging in and stop watching calorie intake. No sympathy required only stiff kicks. Thank you!
-
Thanks, I willing to try anything at this point.

Not trying to be gross, however. . .I walk 2-3 miles every morning. I have the most awful heat rash/chafing in the breast area. I know others have had this. . .what do you use to fix it and gold bond powder does not work.

Baby steps are still steps. We all do this. . .one day at a time. I am as big as I am now because I was gonna start eating healthy after this weekend and then next weekend and so on. If I "lost" it and overate one meal, I would turn it into a binge. Now when I mess up, I pick myself up and keep moving. You can do this and…

Keep it up. That's exactly how I started. It won't be a perfect journey, but it will be a journey.

Good job ladies. This is a tough hurdle. Food is like a drug to me. I use it to make myself feel different from what I am feeling. It's difficult when the "drug" of choice is food. You have to have food unlike alcohol or other drugs. I'm here with you.

Not a good piano song. . .but I just love Kid Rock's "All Summer long" and Trace Adkins "You're gonna miss this". I just bought both CDs.
-
Jackie, Get your backside busy. You know what you need to do and together we will do this. That was your official kick !!!!!!!!

I'd have the surgury , the $, still struggling with the love thing, in real life, warm weather, by the water. Would defiantly want to do some things over. Taste over color. BTW the person would love you, just not like you love them.
-
Thanks for the topic. This has been on my mind all weekend. If you had to choose. Would you spend the rest of your life with someone who loved you? Or someone you loved? And Why?
-
Thanks for sharing your stories and pics. This is what keeps me going. . .knowing that I'm gonna change like you guys are changing. Seriously. . .Thank you.
-
Most of my pics are behind kids too. You look awesome. Keep up the good work!
-
Thanks for sharing. You look awesome.

I can't wait to post my during pic. It's adorable. 18 pounds has made such a big difference.

I'm a visual person. I have avoided the camera for many years. It's so sad. I have 2 beautiful grandsons. 3 and 5. Today 5 year old graduated from preschool. My daughter took our picture and I wasn't repulsed. This is a huge step for me. I'll post my during pics as soon as I get them developed.

YOU'RE DOING IT!!!!!! SOMETIMES it's one day at a time. . .other times it's one hour, one minute or one second.
-
Best part. . .the kids don't like it. You can eat it all by yourself.
-
Wow you'd be driving from CT to DE. I'll save you two. If you left now and drove 165 MPH you might even be able to kayak with me LOL, I have an extra boat.

Buy the biggest sweet onlon you can and cut slices about 3/4 inch thick. Thinly coat with olive oil and sprinkle with old bay and/or steak seasonings. Grill on medium heat until onion is tender. I use some fat free ranch for dipping. It's my answer for the blooming onion.
-
 I'm sharing dozens of them. I'm going kayaking after work, so I'll have an extra one or two tonight.
-
I was so afraid to look these up. I made some last night, they are up there on the fav list. Yippy on 48 calories each.

The hardest dicipline you will ever learn or teach is self discipline. I binge too with emotions. Set myself up for failure just like an alcoholic. I'm stubborn and when things don't go my way ie the scale, I want to eat and not just a cheeseburger but the whole cow. Hang in there. . .together we will all beat this monster.
-
thanks, perhaps the scale won't learn to fly out the window tonight.
-
If it were not for the fact that one of you kind people posted last week that in order to gain 5 pounds in two days you would have to have eaten 35K calories. I did not. However the scale didn't see it that way. I overate a little this weekend, just over the TOM, can't figure it out. The scale said I gained 6 pounds from…

Awesome, thank you very much!
