I do too! Triplex here as well. Was in dire need of better gut health. Been on it almost 2 months and the difference in my "bi-polar bowels" is amazing.

Made it through a week of 30DS before it caught up with me and I pulled a muscle in my leg. :sad: Waiting to heal and then I plan on starting slower. I am extremely out of shape! I never imagined that I could be hurt by a jumping jack. :blushing: If you are out of shape, I suggest extra stretching before you start the dvd.

As far as I can tell, everyday for 30 days. 10 at Level 1, 10 at Level 2, and the last 10 and Level 3.

Day 4 and I actually made it through an entire section without a break! Go ME!

I really like the GNC Be-Buff Shakes. I drink them for breakfast on my way to work. Protein, fiber, and they have really helped my hair and nails!

After Day 3, I'm feeling much better. My calves are still killing me, but I don't feel like I'm going to die. :bigsmile:

Made it through Day 2 last night. Had to soak in the tub for 45 mins and sleep with a heated blanket just so I could move this morning. Am I the only total wuss out here? :embarassed:

I did the green bean diet. 2 weeks of nothing but green beans. You can eat as many as you want, but nothing else. Lost 8 lbs. Probably because by day 3, I didn't want to see another #$@%*&% green bean.

I tried the honey mustard dressing. It was ok, but it seemed too sweet for me. The peanut butter spread is weird, but it's not too bad mixed with regular PB.
