  • I plan my breakfast and lunch for the day, but I eat dinner with my parents, so it's whatever my mom cooks if anything. I eat a lot of grilled cheese these days. Mom hasn't been feeling really well. On the weekends I cook, so I plan the whole weekend in advance.

  • a serving of any meat is about the size of a deck of cards. (thickness as well) Usually boneless skinless chicken breasts in the bags are 2 servings each. I go for the frozen boneless skinless chicken tenders or strips. They are about 1 oz each, so 4 would be a serving.
