My prayers to the friends and family involved in this tragedy, and my prayers to you that you feel safe.
I have a concealed weapons permit...I hope I never have to shoot someone but I will if it means protecting my children.0 -
I agree with you. I do not have one yet, but I am definately in support of it. Its never folks like us that go on killing tangents we are the heros for the most part...

We pray for all people in China with the loss of THEIR loved ones and home due to the earthquake,

Please come into the hearts of the Myanmar military so will stop refusing aid to the suffering people!

Much the same reason I have one as well. I could not live with myself if I had the opportunity to protect someone's life and was not prepared to act. I swore an oath once, and although I am no longer wearing a badge, I will always uphold it.
As an instructor in SWAT school once said. 'There are sheep and there are wolves. Then there are sheep dogs....which are you?' I am proudly and forever will be, a sheep dog.0 -

That is so sad. I will lift this family up in prayer and the community as a whole. I cannot imagine someone hurting children like that. Whoever did this will get what is coming to them. either here on Earth or someplace a little hotter. No one ever gets away with things like this, it is just a matter of time before their punishment comes.0

Dear Mom,
Sorry I didn't get to tell you this before you left (you left way too soon)....so I figured now is as good a time as any.
God blessed me with you for a mother. You were always firm and fair, even if I didn't agree with you at the time. You somehow managed to, time after time, to make something from nothing. You could even make Hamburger Helper taste good!!:laugh:
You always wanted better for me than what you had...and I hope I'm making you proud. I'm trying my best to be a good mommy. You said that I would have kids that were just like me, and guess what??? I did.:laugh:
I just know you are up there in Heaven, watching over all the little ones as they are arriving. Please take special care of the two little ones whose lives were snatched away yesterday...they were so small and so defenseless...:brokenheart: Love them and hug them like you did for me. You always loved the little ones...
I love you and I miss you every day. You made me into the person I am, and I don't regret a minute of it. There's a void in my life that nothing will ever fill. Some people have a great mom, or a best friend. I was lucky enough to have both.

Update on the story I told you yesterday:
The local mom and kids who were brutally killed, the mom's boyfriend just admitted to it. I hope they shoot that SOB...he doesn't deserve to live.
The police think he was high on something, and when they asked him why he did it he started laughing.:sick: :mad: :explode:
I hope they put him in general population in prison....the other inmates will see that he gets the treatment he so richly deserves.:mad: :mad: :brokenheart:0 -
I would never wish anyone to hell but that will be his just punishment (unless he repents) and he won't be laughing there. That just makes me sick. :mad: I hope he doesn't get away with it (here on earth) by winning a plea of temporary insanity. But regardless he will definitely be issued his just rewards when he stands before God. 0

There is truth in that actually. I made friends with a few people I arrested and would even go visit them to make sure they were cool. Inmates have their own code of honor, and even 'bad guys' get upset when someone does stuff like this. This guys nightmare is just beginning.0 -

Yes, my little brother did 5 years in state prison and he said that there were guys in there who had done things to children, and they always got their *kitten* kicked, or worse (which they deserve btw). Lots of those men have kids that they never get to see, so they despise people who do things to children:frown:

He'll get his.....oh boy will he get his!.....it was an all out evil rampage.....obvious without remorse by his "laughing"! It makes me SICK! And even though this family is in paradise due to his evil hand, they are with our LORD....together....because I know if this would've been me and my family and one of us would happen to survive....I'd think that 'd be the WORST living hell...surviving without my loved ones around me. I'd want to be gone ...all together. And I know....I wish this kind of evil didn't even exist. My heart just aches for the extended family members.......
