fat-free Quark diluted with a bit of water.. with cinnamon, stevia and vanilla bean.. and often fruit. Very filling, very low in cals and quiet delicious :) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quark_%28dairy_product%29 < If you don't know what it is.. appears to be a local thing.

Millet sushi filled with red pepper, rucola, avocado, egg and smoked ham. Made a miso dip with it.. Though quiet untraditional, it tastes amazing and totally like normal sushi. About 400 calories.. first roll (different size) wasn't working, so I don't know exact numbers.

I have them kind of. Once or twice a week I get something, that is not that good for me (like candy or.. anything ;P ) but I'll make sure it fits within my day. Sometimes I go over my calories, but thats okay. I'll log it, to keep track and try to make it up a bit during the week. Also on holidays or celebrations, I let…

Ah my whole life.. in school, because kids are just mean, then add gorup dynamics.. yeah. Now and then I get really stupid comments like 'the big/fat one' or mean gestures, mostly from drunk people when I am at a party or something like that... The worst was, when I was in a relationship with this guy (about 6 month), he…

Taking a break from the evening of 24th until the 26th. I'll still try to log everything I can, just to get an overview on how much I ate.

Personally, I don't care that much about the whole lowcarb thing but thats up to you... Beans, Veggies, Fruits, Nuts (in moderation and…

Well I also love to roast my veggies in the oven, it hardly gets any better than that: peppers, tomatos, sweetpotatos, cauliflower, onions, roots.. beets.. anything you can imagine. Also most of the times I eat a huge salad in the evening: salad mix, carrots, cucumber, tomatos, pepper, sprouts and then I put toppings on it…

Oh yeah, my cat hates banana. Very fun to watch

Also a ripe(!) banana + cocoa (and some stevia or honey or something else sweet, if you need it) worked for me :)

Since early childhood I looked for comfort in my food and with some problems in school I startet to gain weight. So I've been put on diets a lot of times, but they didn't really work, because I just wasn't in to it that much. So I've never been small, in either way. Beeing about 5'10'' or 5'11'' kind of distributet the fat…

When I was in 'Fat Camp' (don't know to the corect term [something like a medicinical health resort]) when I was younger, one of the therapys was to dry brush your body for about 10 min with a body-massaging-brush to increase the bloodflow. Besides other health benefits it also helped to fade stretch marks after a couple…
