Ok who's in? Starting December 1... 25 crunches and 10 burpees. Increase both by 5 each day until December 31....

    Burpee's are absolutely dreadful. We're talking about over 100 burpees a day at the end?

    You can get them through out the day at the end. Do 25 a time four times. :)

    I just posted asking questions anyway I planned on doing squats burpees and push ups

    Great!!!! So tomorrow is day one with 25 crunches and 10 burpees. :) imagine how great we will all feel down the line. For the crunches any kind will count. While the number is still low I'll start with bicycle crunches then as it gets higher mix it up for variety. I think the burpees may be the death of me but I'm willing to do it!!

    I am totally in!
    For those who are terrified of burpees, you could possibly do "ManEaters". It's a slow, weighted version of the burpee.
    Hold weights in each hand, get down and jump feet out (holding onto weights),do plank and push up, jump feet back in, stand up, do hammer curl and then push weights up over head. I think I may do this and try to increase my speed as we progress through December. :)

    Never in my life have I ever done a crunch. Never in my life have I even heard of a burpee, less attempted to do one.

    Burpees are Luke cardio for me haha especially all 260 lbs of me
    I'm excited to do this with you guts I read it wrong when o poster earlier I was thinking squats lol
