    Did I read this right? That would be 160 burpees on Dec 31st

    I did not have time to check in yesterday after my workout being I went to see my sis. But yes! 25 Crunches and 10 Burpees were done. God, I had no idea how hard those burpees would be!! lol So off for Day 2.... Will be able to check in later today. This is tough, but fun!!

    15 burpees (reminds me of middle school, but they were a hell of a lot easier 30 years ago):sad:

    How is everyone doing with these? So far I have been on track every single day except for one rest day! I'm starting to feel a little trapped though haha is everyone going to keep upping the numbers everyday? Is it ok for me to cap it at 80 burpees a day. Should I keep going? Need some motivation!!

    Other than being ten burpees short one day (dodgy knee) I've done every day so far

    If you can do it, keep going! Great for burning calories and improving fitness.
    If you can't add any more, just keep doing the number you are up to, worth it!
