This was last night's dinner:
Boiled brown rice with black beans, broccoli, onion, sweet corn, spinach and parsley with a poached free range egg on top. I sautéed the onion in 15ml of rapeseed oil (meal was split in half between me and my partner so I only had roughly 7.5ml..) According to MFP, that was 544 calories.
(I hope the picture works...)

Loved how your baked potatoes look but hate garlic. Do you cook them in the oven?0

Sea bass and crispy fingerling potatoes
Why no veg? In the UK the government recommends 5 a day of veg/fruit.0 -
Well done everyone for cooking such lovely dishes. I need to start cooking more, as I'm getting bored with my food. :flowerforyou:0

They are a vegetable but not classed as 1 of your 5 a day. They're seen as a starch rather than a 'clean' vegetable.
This is what the government promote anyway0 -

sure did. nuked taters first so it doesn't take as long though
and sorry, I only had potatoes too. But they were low carb ones (so I get to eat twice as many). I hope that is "clean" enough to be classed as a vegetable0 -
Lunch today: Rabbit leg over green lentils with some rocket, zucchini and mushrooms, delicious!
Funny fact: My last name is Conejo, which means "rabbit" in spanish! LOL

Finally making my first post on this thread! Been following for a long time. I don't have a fancy camera but I swear the food tastes better than it looks.
Butternut, pumpkin, ginger soup with maple syrup and coriander
Pepper, onion and cheese omelette, toast and coffee with Baileys
Yogurt, banana, raspberries and home made granola and coffee with Baileys again
And my frequent fast, tasty and cheap supper: baked chicken with feta, roasted parsnips, carrots, baby potatos, brocolli, onion and pepper, and tomato and cucumber salad with oil and balsamic vinegar and sea salt and more feta.
