bubblyj and the other person wanting to post pictures, sorry I forget your screen name... I'm going to post the directions written by "MFPFriend" here temporarily so you can use them. If they are taking up too much space on this board, then I can delete them in a few days.
Hosting the Picture
1) Go to an image-hosting site (for example, photobucket or tinypic- photobucket requires making an account). Upload your picture. To do this, click the button that says "Browse" and choose your photo from there. When you have selected your photo and clicked "OK", click the UPLOAD button.
2) Wait until it is completely loaded and shows you a bunch of different codes. We're going to use the URL that's called IMG (or Image) code. Highlight the entire code, right click, and click "copy".
Placing the Picture on MFP
1) Get onto your favorite board or wherever you would like to post the picture, and start your message. Now, right click inside this typing/text box, and click "Paste", The code that you coped earlier should show up. You may notice that the code looks something like this: (without the spaces)
[ IMG ] http://i48.tinypic.com/qqebzq.jpg [ /IMG ]
Well, that's all fine and dandy, except that we can't have those capital letters in there.
2) Take the code that you have down, and change the capital IMG to lowercase img (on both ends of the code), so that it looks something like this: (without the spaces)
[ img ] http://i48.tinypic.com/qqebzq.jpg [ /img ]
3) Write whatever else you feel like writing in the space, then click the Post button, and you're done!!
**Also, when I uploaded my picture to the "Tinypic" site, it had a button where you could change the "size" of the picture so it's in the 600 - 400 ish range. It will tell you it's the best size for posts or whatever, I forget. Good Luck!0 -
A whole grain bun + one cut in half chicken burger + pickles mixture + huge salad (white cabbage, pear, carrot, ruccola, all great stuff) = less than 500 calories
All homemade and proud of miself. Very filling salad.
Pizza cake (it's all you would put in a pizza, including dough, all mixed up in the food processor and cooked) with fresh veggies (for the extra filling)
Pleutorus (I maybe wrong, but I thing they are called oyster mushrooms in English) in batter + Italian style chicken

I make this banana-blueberry smoothie for breakfast a lot. I add 2 cups Wymans frozen blueberries, 1 banana, Chobani banana greek yogurt, 1 cup raw baby spinach, 8 - 10 almonds, Silk almond milk (30 cal.)... I just pour it in, maybe 1 to 1-1/2 cups, and add it all to my "Ninja" blender.

Chicken breast cubed and sautéed in a little olive oil with chili powder, onion powder and garlic. Over spinach and lettuce, topped with cheddar cheese, crushed tortilla chips and low fat sour cream. Toppings not shown here.0 -

This was last night's dinner:
Boiled brown rice with black beans, broccoli, onion, sweet corn, spinach and parsley with a poached free range egg on top. I sautéed the onion in 15ml of rapeseed oil (meal was split in half between me and my partner so I only had roughly 7.5ml..) According to MFP, that was 544 calories.
(I hope the picture works...)

Loved how your baked potatoes look but hate garlic. Do you cook them in the oven?0

Why no veg? In the UK the government recommends 5 a day of veg/fruit.0
