Mocha-Honey Blueberry Loaf0 -
Sesame crusted seared Ahi tuna on top of an Asian noodle stir fry with snow peas, sugar snaps, and kale from my garden. Some hot chile peppers on top for garnish. This ended up being about 900 calories and 100g of protein, and it tasted awesome.

i pulled things together to make lettuce wraps with spicy peanut sauce, but ended up running out of time. opted to deconstruct it into a salad and use the peanut sauce like a dressing. super yummy
