Hello Tia, I am Laura age 34 from UK. I started at 322 and am now 294 last I checked. It has been a very bumpy road with lots of back slides for me but I keep picking myself up, re evaluating things and putting plan B,C,D............Z2.1 etc in to action. If I just refuse to give up then I believe I can achieve a far…

You are a braver woman than I am. Presumably you entered this challenge of your own free will and want to do it. I suspect you are a very determined variety of person and can nail this if put your mind to it. Good luck :)

Thanks all, still going strong and feeling liberated :D

Excellent, well done :D I did exactly the same thing after a 25 year battle with serious binge eating disorder and morbid obesity, countless food plans, therapists, support groups, books, spiritual/religious conversions, meditating on mountain tops in India. After all that the eating disorder was still going stronger than…

Good plan , stick to it and you will do well. You can do it I am in UK, 33 years old, have been in battle with binge eating disorder for most of my life. I also have bipolar disorder, BPD, dermatillomania, aspergers (introverted but friendly variety), PCOS ,traumatic past, tinnitus, sleep problems, chronic anxiety,…

I have not been about for a while, got seduced by binge monster but kicked his butt out the door now, over, done, dusted, divorced, final absolute and irrevocable. Nice to see others have been doing well and lost a bunch of baggage. I am a night owl too. 2:45am now but another day. Quiet day on here I guess.

At the moment I am trying a radical approach for me. I am mentally separating myself from the binge eating voice inside my head. I would like to have a healthy amount of good food and to also enjoy all the foods that I like in single human sized portions. The binge voice would like me to eat vast quantities of food. Sadly…

I also love a bit of knitting, I can only do scarf's so far but am on my 7th one since November when I started knitting. Apparently it induces a meditation like state in the brain so is very good for you. It helped me through a bad patch so I think it is great.

You are doing fantastically well and deserve every success you have worked so hard for (*)

I Feeel your pain. I have been out of the game for months. Bipolar took a turn for worse meaning I had to go back on medication which is known to cause massive weight gain. I managed to hover between 276-283 for months then went from 277lb on 27th november to 14th december 302lb then half starved myself down to 290lb by…

Keep at it and there is at least a chance of success. I have gained 13 stone since my first diet aged 10  Can't give up though as I think I would be bed bound level of fat if did not chip away at it along the journey. I will defeat obesity or die still trying :flowerforyou:

I am in UK and tend to measure weight in stones 14lb = 1 stone I started latest health drive at 23 stone 322lb and did not take pictures because was too distressing a thought to have to look at them. When I got down to 21 stone 294lb I took a front and side picture I took another at 20 stone 280lb front and side pictures…

Definitely doing the lifestyle change this time. Lost a lot of weight twice in past and then put it all plus more back on. I know it will only get harder in future so this time has to be a permanent lifestyle change before I do myself any more damage from being too big. I have found a sustainable way of eating, one that…

First- breasts Last- inner thighs Kaitlin you have my sympathy. At 322lb i was a small c cup, now at 278lb I am a small Bcup. Last time I lost a lot of weight i got down to 180lb and no longer needed a bra at all, just had slight bumps. If i ever make it to a healthy weight I imagine I will be flat with just nipples…

I have PCOS. I eat under 1400 cal a day very low carb to lose weight. I am hoping that weight loss will eventually reduce pcos symptoms and reverse insulin resistance to the extent that I will one day be able to maintain at a higher calorie intake.

I have PCOS and so far keto has only helped, not caused me any problems in that area. I mostly get flood gate open levels on first two or 3 days. I used to get awful cramps with it in my early 20's but for unknown reasons I rarely get cramps any more and when do is mostly nausea and heavy feeling rather than serious pain.…

I am in England UK and yes this confuses me as my totals do not always add up right due to my local products having fiber counted twice when trying to get my net carbs. Any entry in diary where the fiber is more than the carbs then I know it is my carbs total needs the fiber adding back in. The carbs listed on my local…

I am enjoying Keto. I have been doing it since 21st July. My diary is not that exciting but it is open. Ps: I kept my carbs super low (under 20carbs gross, under 10g carbs net ) first several weeks to get stuck into Ketosis. I then gradually increased them to be 20g net or under to have more veg. Only recently have I…
