  • I have been doing some research on the research on dairy and weight loss, and most of those experiments have been done on animals. Also, the tests run on groups of people have not been controlled but simply an observation of how people eat n general. I do have low cal yogurt and cheese strings. But I'm not seeing the kind…

  • I am on the go a lot around lunch time. Either at school, work or back and forth from the gym. What can I eat that is not a sandwich. I love sandwiches. I would and have eaten them everyday for the past... infinity, but I'm trying to stay away from carbs after breakfast. What do you guys recommend?
