I'm about to start the dr b program

has anyone ever tried it? any successes? any thoughts, stories, warnings anything?

    I've heard some major horror stories. One included a client (friend of mine) being told to use a laxative the day before her weigh-in to make her goal weight.

    Also, you're told NOT to exercise on the plan, because the calorie restriction is so crazy.

    I don't know. . .anything that aggressive freaks me out.

    Well i will keep you all updated on my findings.

    I am honestly not crazy about the shots, which are suppose to be 3x a week.

    but - im going ot give ti a shot anyway.
