I also wasn't able to check in until today but I am down 2 lbs this week. FYI-You burn an average of 23 cals per song for the dance games.

I know I am late on the check in but I still wanted to post. I was struggling this week due to AF but I was still able to stay under my calories and get my work outs in. I am down to 203 (2lbs this week) and that is a good thing. I pray that you will all have a great week this week.

Gala apples sprinkled with cinnamon is one I just tried out today and I love them! I also like the crunchy stuff so I will do organic granola sprinkled over yogurt or Nabisco Sun Dried Tomato Basil crackers.

I did it back in March and I will agree with everyone else, it was hard the first 2-3 days but then it gets a little easier on your muscles. It is only 20 minutes so just keep telling yourself you are going to do it because you want to be healthy and thin.

I am the same way. When I first started I didnt tell anyone either. My husband and co-workers just started noticing the inches and what I was eating. It was really nice to get the feedback.
