depends what i eat, i have about 1200 - 1500 cals a day, if i had a full english breakfast it could use up about 600-700 calories and im starving but lunch time then have a 400 cal lunch and a 500 cal dinner which is way over my calorie goal but then i could eat a bowl of all bran cereal which is about 200 cals and be fine…

What time do you weigh yourself? Try doing it in the morning after you've been to the toilet and completely naked! That's what i do because your bodies had time to digest everything where you've been asleep, go to the toilet so your bowels and bladder are empty and be naked so there's nothing extra on you! haha and don't…

Your probably not getting enough fibre in your diet, i had the same problem. try changing to whole grain breads if you havent already and eat a high in fibre cereal in the mornings and it should help you out :) it did me :) i have whole grain bread all the time and i have all bran cereal in the morning with some fruit :)…

Do both!!! All I take is my phone on an arm strap to time myself and check my distance and obviously for calling in case of emergency and a bottle of water. :)

I used to smoke but stopped 3 years ago now and when I first started running my chested burned too. The more you run the easier it gets :) I can run 7 miles without stopping and with no problems with my chest. I do both! I find have other peoples support and you supporting them great but then I can some just want to go on my own and get it done with no interruptions. Just me and my headphones. But I think both a really good!

I was told that I craved sugar grab a piece of fruit.. They have the same sweet taste and have sugars in them that are easier for you digestive system.
