Well if you have a Wii get the Wii fit plus its great and you can work at your own pace and you can see how many calories you burn too,thats where I started and found it really good and it works....good luck

Aqua aerobics is great,good work out but very low inpact on the joints,I had a hip problem which hurt when walking and doing Zumba but was fine in my aqua class,give it a go see how it goes.

My husband and I go to aqua every sunday and our instuctor has us sprinting up and down the pool,its very hard work really gets the blood pumping,we also do star jumps and use foam dumb bells also wchich really works the arms,all in all we have a really good work out,I always feel worn out at the end!!!

It seems to be just one of those things,it happened to me too,I thought I had had a good week not really changed any thing but put a pound on,but went on to loose 3 the next so put it behind you and move on to next week,its a small blip dont let it spoil all the good work you have already done....

I found setting small goals to start with was good as you feel grat when you make these if you set them to high it can have a negative affect and you can fall off the wagon......

I have done a little in my aqua class its great fun and quite hard work,I have also done water works which is more choregraphed and is also hard work but great fun and you feel like you have really done something when you get out of the pool,I normally burn around 670 calories for between 45/60 min class....I say go ahead…

I weigh in Thursday so my week starts then....the bulk of my exercise is over the following 3 days starting with a Zumba class Thursday eveing I dont get a chance to do any on Monday or Tuesday one last push on a Wednesday afternoon in the gym before hey its Thursday again and its time to weigh in again...so for me…

I have 924 left but thats from exercise which I dont use. Its not good to under eat every day but as a one off it will be ok....

I am only going by what I have been told by the doctors I work for told me when I tell them what I have been doing and how I have lost 49 pounds by eating a balenced diet and doing excercise.......I some how think they know what they are talking about!!!!

I have always been told that your body needs a certain amount of food to lose weight or it holds on to what you have,if you are feeling sick its your body telling you feed me,700 calories a day is way to few you will be going to stavation mode which is not good for you no mater how much water you drink.

I love Zumba and Aqua classes,I have never been one for excecise but these are the 2 classes I never want to miss......and they have helped me lose 49 pounds so far....:flowerforyou:
