225 back and 205 front. I'm working on a squat progression program right now to increase my front and back squat...I hope that after two rounds I'll be maxing out close to 275 (back) at the end of the year. Fingers crossed.

I used hot sauce. Just a tiny bit on a teaspoon...it kind of backfired though, they all love spicy food now. LOL.

I like the ones that hook or loop around the ear and a lot of them are now made to be sweat proof, or at least sweat resistant.

This is not something you can base off of other women. Your shape, your frame, your muscle structure, and just plain where you feel comfortable will all change what that magic number is for you. :)

What everyone else has said...squats, lunges, and deadlifts make a booty good. They aren't hard to do and you can start to do the first two with zero equipment. :) You will want to start adding weights to squats and lunges as time goes by though...it really helps the booty muscles get nice and perky. It stays fresh for at least a week to ten days. I prefer the Almond Breeze Unsweetened Original as it seems to have the best taste and texture that I've found...quite frankly I now prefer it over cow's milk. I'm not certain about the freezing part. :)

I think I get what you're saying. Unfortunately it seems like people who "lift heavy *kitten*" often get viewed as more brutish than anything. While running and tennis are 'clean'.

I use the 1st Phorm Strawberry Milkshake protein. 2 scoops protein, 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk, and 1 cup of frozen strawberries is 388 calories, 25 carbs, 11 fat, 50 protein, 10 sugar and 5 fiber. And it tastes like an actual strawberry shake, win!

It actually does. Go to Food > Settings Then you can choose nutrients tracked and have what works for you. :) You can also have more than three meals, and call those meals anything you choose.

Whatever you use as a number, only eat back about 1/2 or so of your calories...if even that. You'll get better results that way. It seems that MFP over estimates the amount of calories burned doing anything at all. :)

Just a bit of a hint...if you can't get them to zip up over your calves, put them on zipped up. Takes a minute to get your foot in but the boot will pull right up over your calf. Crazy how it works, but it does, and I have 16.5" calves. ;)

For pasta...go the quinoa route...it tastes and has the same texture as traditional pasta (It will seem sticky but it isn't after you toss) Add some roasted tomatoes, squash and zucchini toss with olive oil and fresh basil and you have deliciousness divine. We love it. :)
