Last night I ate grilled brats and roasted broccoli. For breakfast I had a fat ribeye and scrambled eggs. I didn't eat lunch but snacked on some pork rinds at a baby shower so I didn't eat the desserts.

I don't eat beans, so I replace that with sweet potato chunks. Lean ground beef, sweet potato, tomatoes, onion, peppers, garlic, chili seasoning...it's delicious!

Phentermine is the only one out of those that is a perscribed drug...you won't get anything over the counter worth your money. And Phentermine has a lot of risks. If you are heavily overweight and your doctor deems it appropriate, than use it...but you won't get any support from most people here by using it. :) Good luck.

Many of those pictures you are looking at are crossfit athletes that workout as their main occupation. They WANT to look like that. In order for you to look like that you are going to have to have an incredibly regimented workout and nutrition plan. 3 or 4 WOD's a week isn't going to do it.

It's been rough physically, I didn't think it would be this awful for some reason. I can't chew anything! It's like my teeth won't go together correctly or something....it's ridiculous, lol. And I know that the weight gain is water weight, bloating, etc...but I still hate it.

I had oral surgery on Friday...three wisdom teeth removed...and gained 5 lbs in three days with the help of milkshakes, potatoes, and pasta. Can't wait until I can chew things again.

I eat there about twice a week. Chicken, fajita veg, pico, sour cream and extra lettuce. Comes in around 350ish calories and is totally filling. FYI: Adding beans or rice would up your calories about 200 each, I just don't really eat either of those. :)

225 back and 205 front. I'm working on a squat progression program right now to increase my front and back squat...I hope that after two rounds I'll be maxing out close to 275 (back) at the end of the year. Fingers crossed.

I used hot sauce. Just a tiny bit on a teaspoon...it kind of backfired though, they all love spicy food now. LOL.

I like the ones that hook or loop around the ear and a lot of them are now made to be sweat proof, or at least sweat resistant.

This is not something you can base off of other women. Your shape, your frame, your muscle structure, and just plain where you feel comfortable will all change what that magic number is for you. :)

What everyone else has said...squats, lunges, and deadlifts make a booty good. They aren't hard to do and you can start to do the first two with zero equipment. :) You will want to start adding weights to squats and lunges as time goes by though...it really helps the booty muscles get nice and perky.
