  • I have been running 1.5 miles every single day before work for 5 weeks now, to try to get my time below 14 minutes and 30 seconds, which is the requirement of the police academy test, and I am looking to take the test this fall. Today is the first day I would pass that test, at 14 minutes and 27 seconds.
  • I was on a pretty strict low carb regimen from July of 2018 until February of 2019, and then switch to following a low carb diet during the weekdays and being way more flexible on weekdays. This seems to keep me accountable (usually) for what I am eating, but still allows me to be more lenient without over doing it.
  • I ran a mile in 9 mins and 53 seconds (UNDER 10 minutes!!!) aaaaaand my coworker called me 'fit' in the same day. Feeling really pumped!
