Disappointed that I did not make my goal of 5 lbs lost this month. My body has been stuck on a plateau for the past three weeks, despite the fact that I have eaten well, tracked all my food faithfully, exercised every day for at least an hour, and been under my net calories every day. Every time I read that you just have to eat at a deficit every day (burn more calories than you consume) and you will lose weight, I feel annoyed. I think if weight loss was that easy, then I would be sitting at my goal weight. According to MFP, I am eating enough calories to lose 1.5 pounds per week but I only lost half that, this month. My NSV is that despite the fact that my body is not willing to give up the pounds, with all the exercise I am doing, I have lost 4 inches off my body this month, for a total of 9.25 inches lost in the last two months! Clothes I could not wear all winter, I can now wear comfortably. So, YAY ME! Onward to April!2 -

Not upset since I had multiple injuries and found out I needed a new workout routine for the health of my knees and back. Now that I have a new routine combined with strength training, yoga, pilates and knee exercises I expect April to be great! Congrats everyone and see you in April2
