    Your internal clock is lagging by three years, lol, thanks for putting up another challenge, joined my first in March and it has kept me on track, good job to everyone, it's the last week of March, let's finish strong.

    Weight lost so far this month: 5.6 lbs. One more week to go, would be nice to hit 163.0 or lower. Fingers crossed!

    I have to remind myself that my body just needs time to adjust; being over 200+ lbs for 20+ yrs is going to take some time for my body to settle, ie muscle adaption, metabolism.

    Total lost in March: 3.8 lbs (Focusing on the fact that this is a LOSS, just not as much as I wanted)

    Disappointed that I did not make my goal of 5 lbs lost this month. My body has been stuck on a plateau for the past three weeks, despite the fact that I have eaten well, tracked all my food faithfully, exercised every day for at least an hour, and been under my net calories every day. Every time I read that you just have to eat at a deficit every day (burn more calories than you consume) and you will lose weight, I feel annoyed. I think if weight loss was that easy, then I would be sitting at my goal weight. According to MFP, I am eating enough calories to lose 1.5 pounds per week but I only lost half that, this month. My NSV is that despite the fact that my body is not willing to give up the pounds, with all the exercise I am doing, I have lost 4 inches off my body this month, for a total of 9.25 inches lost in the last two months! Clothes I could not wear all winter, I can now wear comfortably. So, YAY ME! Onward to April!

    Would it be too intrusive to ask you to share your strategy for eating less? Higher deficit? Are you fairly active as well?
    I did so poorly in March and could use some insight as to your "how".

    Not upset since I had multiple injuries and found out I needed a new workout routine for the health of my knees and back. Now that I have a new routine combined with strength training, yoga, pilates and knee exercises I expect April to be great! Congrats everyone and see you in April :)
