This thread still seems to be popular so I’ll continue it into March
Anyone is welcome to join at anytime, just type out and post your weight progress on a day of your choice and come back each week (or as often as you like really) and update.
If you are new to this challenge then bookmark the page by highlighting the little star at the top right hand side of the screen next to the title so you won’t have to search for it every time you come back

Thank you as always for doing this. I joined in January and I am participating in February. Although I know I won’t have a good weigh-in as we had a family trip to Myrtle Beach with another family, I feel as though I hold my self for accountable because other people will see my slip-ups and gains versus before when I could hide it by not logging my weight until I was back down again. Thank you again!1

Ultimate goal - 51.3kg / 112.44 lbs (would be happy with 52.62 kg / 116.01 lbs though)
