Lost 4lbs so far from my last check in. No major change in my diet. I believe that big difference is from me catching the stomach bug over the weekend. I just hope it stays off.7 -

What a difference a week makes! I have tracked all my food and worked out every day. After three weeks in February of not seeing the scale move, I am finally seeing the results of my dedicated hard work. Shooting for at least a 5 pound loss this month and provided I don't get stuck on another plateau, this looks very doable.10 -
