    I dropped my goal from 10 pounds down to 5 pounds for the month. It's much more reasonable and attainable and I get to eat more! :)

    3.1 - 181 -1.4 :smiley: I was not expecting this big a drop from yesterday but it kinda makes sense since I just finished shark week.
