I'd like to join. Thanks!!!!

I'm definitely open to friend requests. I was keto for a year and a half and then fell off the wagon in October. I started again in March and will stick with it for good. I had way too many health issues come back!

I'm a huge tea fan too! I love the Bigelow Vanilla Chai with a little non-fat creamer and sugar substitute in it. I also love pretty much anything from Republic of Tea. My all time favorite from there is the Honey Ginseng Green Tea!
-
I add protein powder to my coffee. I used to use creamer, and now a half a scoop of chocolate protein to a large coffee and I'm set.

I don't consider it a diet either. I know this is what I need to do for the rest of my life to be healthy. I've been back at it for 2 weeks. I'm loving how good I already feel just by eating better foods and moving!

I'm right there with you. I'm counting calories, working out and sticking to the plan. I'm not seeing many changes yet, but I know at some point it's going to catch up! Keep up the good work!!

would love to be added as well. I am always looking for more inspiration, and try to help inspire others too!

Add me please

ditto!! feel free to add me, let's keep each other going!

Better'n Peanut Butter. It's made with real peanuts, but 85% less fat and only 100 calories for 2 tablespoons. It's yummy. I eat it almost every day either in oatmeal or cream o wheat.
-
I'm also a daily weigher, I'm glad I'm not alone in that! I record my weight here each Friday, even the gains.
-
For me, I use the Fitbit Flex, and a Pyle PHRM 38 with chest strap while I'm working out. The Fitbit gives me an idea of the overall burn for the whole day, while my HRM lets me know how much I'm burning during my workout.

Alcohol does it to me every time, and I have to work twice as hard to get it back off the following week or 2. I've decided I'm not going to drink right now. I'm not going to say I will never drink again, I'm just going to cool it for a while.

Ah, he's the gym guide, probably shows the gym to walk-through's too. And he's probably supposed to give just enough advice in a manner to make it desirous for you to ask about paying for a trainer. [/quote] Typically I would agree with this, but it's Planet Fitness, so they don't have personal training sessions to buy.…

That's how I feel. He just showed me the machines, how to use them, gave me some general guidance on doing machines before cardio, and that was it.
-
ok, so I've been doing 1-2 sets of 10 - 15 reps. I've been doing 30 - 50 lbs on each machine. I'm definitely going to get the books and do some additional research online. Does it make sense to do one set on one machine, move to a different machine and do one set, then go back to the original machine and do another…

I was recently counting points too and decided to track calories as well. I realized that using this site was much easier than counting points, so I'm done with WW and love MFP! Anybody can add me as well.
-
Hi there, I'm Melissa, 40 and been her for a few days. I started out tracking WW points instead of calories. I decided last week to track both points and calories, and decided that it is actually easier to log calories, so I'm only using MFP for tracking now. I also just got a fitbit flex to help drive me to get more…

I just sent you a friend request. I need friends too!
-
Love it!!! I have a couple: "The pain of being overweight is far worse than the pain of working out" "I am ready to love my body. I have loved food more than myself for far to long"
-
I've been doing WW on my own for the past 5 weeks and having good success with it. I've decided I want to track the calories of what I'm eating as well as the points to see how it compares, so I've started keeping my log here too. I have to say I love the database here, it seems I can find everything. I use the stats from…

I've used these and love them. I even have my husband who doesn't like anything that is good for you hooked on them. You have to rinse them really good before using them, (and I do mean really good)but they are the perfect noodle replacement!

We need a like button on here!! I love this!! For me, I love oatmeal, but I'm always super hungry shortly after eating it. If I start my day off with protein I stay full longer, and I don't feel like I'm starving the whole day.

For me it's 20 lbs. I gain 20, I go up a size, I lose 20 I go down.
