    Several:
It is okay to be selfish
    It is my turn
    Protein over pastry!

I also ask myself if me in one year will remember the treat I didn't eat or appreciate my will power!

I always liked these to get me by.

    "The Paradoxical Commandments"

People are illogical, unreasonable, and self-centered.
    Love them anyway.

If you do good, people will accuse you of selfish ulterior motives.
    Do good anyway.

If you are successful, you will win false friends and true enemies.
    Succeed anyway.

The good you do today will be forgotten tomorrow.
    Do good anyway.

Honesty and frankness make you vulnerable.
    Be honest and frank anyway.

The biggest men and women with the biggest ideas can be shot down by the smallest men and women with the smallest minds.
    Think big anyway.

People favor underdogs but follow only top dogs.
Fight for a few underdogs anyway.

What you spend years building may be destroyed overnight.
    Build anyway.

People really need help but may attack you if you do help them.
    Help people anyway.

Give the world the best you have and you'll get kicked in the teeth.
Give the world the best you have anyway.

Do it for the, "Oh *kitten* she got hot!!!"

    Love it!!!

    I have a couple:
"The pain of being overweight is far worse than the pain of working out"
"I am ready to love my body. I have loved food more than myself for far to long"

I hate to say it, but when I am pushing it very hard, I just get mad. At the enemy. There is an evil force that wants to hold me back from saving myself and the entire universe. And when I think about quitting, I know the evil force (of death, disease, donuts, sofas and too much facebook frumpy sausage and mediocrity) has sneaked in through some crack in the woodwork, and I get mad. Then Rage Against the Machine is my background music and I'm all like, "*kitten* YOU, I WON'T DO WHAT YOU TELL ME!"
    So
I guess that's my mantra at those times.
Fk you, I won't do what you tell me.

Fit or Fat, it's up to you and Results start when you do!

Starting over today. I have been recovering from foot surgery and feeling a little low because it's taking longer than I had hoped. All the while, eating more junk than I should have, regretting that now and kicking myself for it, knowing that I couldn't work out or walk, I should have at least been watching what I ate. I didn't do what I know needed done. But it ends now.

"If you're tired of starting over, stop giving up"

The mere thought of another diet made me cringe. Its not a diet. Its a lifestyle change. And I'm ready to be happy!
