I normally just use a balsamic and olive oil blend with some spices. I just cook them up in a little olive oil with salt and pepper bit of flour and beef broth when done to make a gravy, throw in some sauted mushrooms and onions and put over rice.

I love love love blue cheese dressing! Skinnytaste has a great creamy blue cheese dressing and very cal/fat friendly too But my quick go to is normally just some balsamic, evoo, and a little bit of garlic powder.
