I have one day off a week, usually a saturday! We have takeaway and alcohol. Sundays are my exercise day and back to normal in the week. i always eat what I fancy - I never ignore a craving. I just eat the things I love in moderation if I really want them.

I agree - had 1 "day off" on saturday and ate fatty food, chocolate, drank alcohol and it took me two days to actually "recover" and get back on track and choose healthy options for my meals. I just kept eating cos I couldn't shake off the hunger and cravings. i don't know why - maybe it had something to do with the one…

I found it quite easy to stop. I started to feel bad after binging. I'd get in from work and make myself some toast and binge on chocolates - all while cooking my tea! I started to feel disgusted with myself and so I just told myself "do I really want to feel like this after I eat? Just think - what benefit does it have?
-
I haven't, I will have a look now :) thanks

3000 is one hell of a lot of calories to take in ! Open your diary so we can see what you are eating :)

If you can fit it into your daily calorie budget then yes. EAT IT lol

I love Chinese, and don't think I could ever give up what I normally have from the Chinese. So I give myself one day off a week where I can enjoy battered chilli chicken and lots of beer! Saturdays are my day off. If I was to have Chinese mid week at work, I would go for boiled rice and chicken chop suey. x

I'll have a gander for this wine - I'm probably going to go for dry whites aswell. :) x

Thank you for your thoughts! If I have room in my calories I will have a drink! Makes sense :)

I see people in my family giving me funny looks and then eying up my belly... they must think i'm pregnant and it makes me really self conscious. It's upsetting when they make you feel awkward about yourself.

I was trying on a dress in New Look. I saw myself from the back in those cleverly placed mirrors... I did not recognise myself. The dress didn't fit me and I was mortified. I tried on another dress, hoping it was just the style and cut... it wasn't :(. My dress size had increased right then and there. I knew I had to…

Wrap chicken breasts in bacon. Drizzle with garlic olive oil and cook until the bacon is crisp. Remove from the oven and pour over the Philadelphia stir and cook garlic and chive sauce. Yum! Serve with lots of veg! The bacon juices mix with the olive oil and make a lovely little flavoursome glaze on the underneath mmmmm…

I find it hard to stay under my calorie goal when eating minimally ! Not hitting it must mean somethings off somewhere? lol Maybe the measures or the calories?
-
Once a week is probably better - then you don't know if you had lost 2lb on Tuesday but then put on an extra lb by thursday lol
-
Don't think so lol
-
I find it so hard to keep within my fat/protein budgets on the app so I just stick to my calories x
