thank you guys so much for your help I think I will try some freezer options and granola bars as well...and about eating at work I can not to that because I am a nurse so when I get to work I am getting the rooms ready for patients and then checking them in but I will definitely grab some fruit as well

i was the same boat as you are i was almost 200 pounds when i decided to make a change and got down to 150 well i was wanting to get to 140 but for some reason got stuck at 150 turns out i was pregnant with the 2nd daughter and since having her in December i am at 170 and so i am right there with you on the journey

i had the same problem last weekend the one thing i did do was take healthy snacks on the road like granola bars and nutra grain bars and also peanuts are good. while here i did not worry about calories which i should have but i love my moms cooking and i dnt get it very often. i think if you can do your work out tapes…

love breakfast when i can get it i usually get oatmeal but sometimes switch it up

i love snacking as well and i found fiber one snacks to be really tasty and low in cal and pretty good for you also. now that i have gotten adjust to eating a little better greasy snacks makes me sick

well i gave up going out to eat as much since all the processed foods are bad for the bulge and also i gave up soda becuase i would drink those and skip water completely .but at the same time i do still enjoy an ocassional treat
