  • Technically, the sugar should be gone or my little guys wouldn't be fermenting?
  • If you walk about that much per day I would suggest adjusting your activity level out of sedentary and more towards your actual activity level that way you get less dramatic adjustments later in the day. You'll get numbers like that if for example you walk mostly in the morning, but you'll see that adjustment go down if…
  • I make pancakes with mine. I'll use equal parts by weight of regular pancake mix or a higher protein pancake mix with protein powder. Then I add vanilla extract, an egg and water until I get the consistency I want. Depending on the pancake mix I use comes out pretty good imo, just slightly more fragile (so I make smaller…
  • JumpSport makes some bungee cord rebounders that are pretty silent and have a softer bounce. Its more a mid-range model imo. I opted for the bungee cord for silence/soft bounce due to my knees. When I purchased mine their cheapest model was 200 bucks on amazon with prime shipping. I'm not sure if they have gone down or…
  • I actually have a fitbit one and was thinking about upgrading to the versa to get the hrm. Does anybody know how accurate the hrm monitor is while working out? I would think any hand movement would make it less accurate?
  • I recently got engaged and we are also thinking about Fall 2019 or so. Want to lose the weight for health and to look good in a dress.
  • Anything you actually enjoy and will stick with. I do recommend strength training if your not already doing so. For cardio you really should just find something you enjoy, some people are runners, others are swimmers. I personally like rebounding (jumping on a small trampoline).
  • I like the one, I bought this cloth attachment from etsy that lets me put it on my bra directly in the middle, super comfy :)

  • Most of the signs I see at my local water park state weight limit 250. However, yours may be different.
  • I have indeed been catching all the pokemon and walking/biking a lot more because of it. There is a small thread about pokemon go in the fitness forum of mfp. it is also insane how many people I'm seeing walking more because of it.
  • I feel ya, I'm graduating this summer and school really did in my progress sometimes. If you live in a place with standard cooking supplies (oven, fridge/freezer, etc), try making either slow cooker (like above said) or tray dishes where you can put stuff in and forget about it either all day or for an hour depending on…
  • I like mine strictly cuz I am a numbers person. My activity also varies heavily per day so I'm always confused what activity level I am. This way I can set myself to sedentary and eat back most of the exercise calories it gives me. That said, I have a one. I absolutely hate the wrist based fitbits personally. The one you…
  • I log everything. Water weight fluctuations are normal and I personally find it interesting to see day to day changes that are influenced by water retention. Also when you weight everyday you can see trends which I think reflects overall changes more than that day's individual number. I know a lot of people don't like to…
  • It is mind boggling how many people I am running into when out walking or riding my bike that are walking/biking/skateboarding to get the pokestops. I went to a fairly big park by a friends house and I think we had to run into atleast 30 people in the span of an hour. Also to the person that worried about data, it uses…
  • It's definitely gotten me to enjoy my walks, hopefully the novelty doesn't wear off on me
  • MFP and almost everybody who uses it will tell you a calorie is a calorie as far as losing weight. Foods are not equal nutrition wise (as you noted), and our body uses different micros and macros for various things. However, you lose just as much weight if the 1200 calories your aiming for is in donuts as you would if you…
  • I can't wait to be wearing sizes in the single digits and to build up a nice closet of clothes when I get there. Still a long way away though. I also look forward to wearing a dress, which I have never done before.
  • Your body detoxifies itself just fine, if it isn't go to a hospital. I love making my own green juices but I include them in my calorie goal for the day because I ENJOY them, and it helps me get veggies in my diet in a way I like. If you like eating veggies then eat them, spend your calories on foods and drinks you like.…
  • It adjust automatically after you lose so many pounds, I forget the exact number. You can "force" it by going into your settings (update fitness profile) and redo the process of changing your goal weight loss per week as if you were gonna change it but not actually changing anything.
  • I eat all mine back.
  • If the resteraunt he got the food from has nutrition info you could simply fit it in your daily calories
  • https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1iBlI6DjAroZC8nCVUyGlSZxPxfhEWPOod8UVyu6RhFE/edit?usp=sharing Here you guys go, if you have a google drive, just go to file -> make a copy. If you want me to do it for you let me know just send me a message with your age, height, starting weight, your goal weight and the minimum…
  • Do you log your food intake with a food scale? You don't' REALLY know how much your eating unless you are, measuring cups etc don't cut it. 1200 is a hard number to maintain but you could have been eating more than you think when you were logging 1600 (because I highly doubt maintenance for you is 1600). Also, you should…
  • The only thing I consider cheating is not being honest in your diary. If you choose to have a meal or day every now and then you don't record cuz it's a special occasion that is not cheating. That's just living, as long as you get back on the saddle and continue the journey, the only thing these days do is set you back…
  • I have the Fitbit one. I love it, I think it really motivates me to get up and move around more. I also think it does a good job of telling me my TDEE. Mine is very variable because I'm at school right now and each day I walk a different amount to my classes (campus is HUGE). I also think those weekends where I didn't have…
  • I concern myself with weekly calories instead. If I'm over one day I make up for it the other days. I don't carry over calories into another week. If I was over a lot that week I learn from it and figure out what went wrong and how I can fix it for next week. If I was under by a lot I assume I was sick cuz that never…
  • Just recently rejoined, would love to have some friends for motivation, feel free to add me on here and on fitbit. https://www.fitbit.com/user/3M9WFD
  • https://www.fitbit.com/user/3M9WFD Please feel free to add me as a friend on both fitbit AND mfp :)
  • Panda express is good, I personally didn't find the calories that bad compared to other fast food places. I would not eat there everyday, but its nice when your on the go or don't feel like cooking.
  • Also just rejoined, I had lost 44 pounds before I stupidly stopped coming on here when I went switched from college to university and gained some of that back. Now I'm back on and not going to stop until I reach my goal. I have a fibit one. I love it. Good luck to everybody, feel free to friend me :)
