    Anything you actually enjoy and will stick with.

    I do recommend strength training if your not already doing so. For cardio you really should just find something you enjoy, some people are runners, others are swimmers. I personally like rebounding (jumping on a small trampoline).

    Calories in vs. calories out. If you take in fewer calories than your body expends......your body burns fat for fuel.

    It's really hard to out-exercise a bad diet, so tracking what you take in is going to be at least 80% of the battle.

    Exercise for fitness. Use exercise to increase your endurance, build healthy lungs (cardio). Use exercise to limit lean muscle mass and build strong bones (strength training).
