I really struggled with this too. My mind can't grasp eating that many calories. I just finished month one and I'm trying to eat about 1600-1800 each day. If you don't eat enough though, your body will stall and you won't lose any weight. Each person is different though, start with what you feel comfortable with (I would…

I'm in the same boat. I started week 3 yesterday and haven't lost a single pound. I'm hoping I've lost inches but my clothes don't feel any different. I'm going to put my scale away and not obsess about it because that gets me discouraged.

I used the calculation that they provide in the TurboFire book.

I just ordered it and am starting it once I get it in! I'm really excited to kickstart my body!

I have a Polar F6 and love it. It does HR, calorie counter, time in zone. But it doesn't keep speed or distance. I think it's closer to $100 though.

I go to Fit Body Bootcamp in Tulsa. It's an indoor bootcamp that is EXCELLENT! Lots of different classtimes and basically a personal trainer that helps with your nutrition and goals.

I've done it! I trained on my own a couple of years ago and then progressed to do 3 half marathons :) It's totally do-able! I've never been a runner.

I tried them once and thought they were decent. I put spaghetti sauce on top and wasn't a huge fan of that but I want to try them again with some olive oil, garlic, and parmesan.
