I usually run about 4-5 miles on average 4 times a week with strengthen training and pilates mixed in. The race is September 7th. Hi! I have similar calorie goals and I'm a vegetarian as well. I don't eat much dairy, maybe 1 or 2 times a week I'll have something at a restaurant that likely has cheese or other dairy, but I try to be vegan when eating at home. Anyone can feel free to add me as a friend!
