I drive a 2011 Blue Ford F-150 4wd crew cab truck when I'm by myself. When wife and I go out, we usually take her 2013 Black Ford Fusion Hybrid. You talk about day and night when it comes to gas mileage.

I am having a hard time finding shoes that fit now. Growing up thin, I always wore 11.5 or 12. When I gained a lot of weight, I went up to a 13. Now that I've lost my feet are somewhere between 12 and 13 and very few shoe manufacturers make a 12.5 so I'm having to wear an older pair 12.5 I found that are about worn out.

I have 3 tall daughters (5'10, 5'11", 6') and I am contantly getting on them, especially the tallest, about being proud of being tall and not to slouch to appease the shorter people. Don't be afraid to wear heels. If it makes the man insecure, then he's not the right one anyway.

Try eating at maintenance levels for a couple weeks and see if you start feeling better. If you do then you could start back on you weight loss plan.

I don't know how much you are willing to spend on a HRM, but I got a polar f4 and an f7 for my wife and I on Amazon for around $60 each new. Most retail stores have the same thing from $90-$125.

You might try eating back only half just to make sure you aren't over estimating your exercise calories (especially if you are going by MFP's default #'s for each exercise).

I have lost 85 pounds in 9 months. I go to the gym 5 times a weeks and changed to a healthier eating habit. I log everything that I eat, and still eat the foods I like as long as they stay within my calorie goal.
