Thanks, everyone! I know it is probably water weight, but I have seen the scale decrease by 2 pounds in the last two days, after maintaining for over a week with my old style of diet.

I calculated my numbers saying I am moderately active as well. I work out 30-40 minutes 3-5 days a week, with maybe 2 one hour sessions in there. I also teach and spend a lot of my day on my feet. What is the difference between the activity levels when calculating all your numbers?

Thanks everyone! I kind of jumped in mid-day today, but seem to be doing ok. Just got done with my workout, now to EAT! I'm needing ways to up my fiber, I do have fiber one bars at work that are good. About how long do you think until I see a difference? I have only lost 10 pounds since the beginning of the year, and here…

I'm Loren, a 26 year old second grade teacher living in the New Albany area. I got engaged in November and am using that to fuel the fire to get healthy. I have a June 2013 wedding date, and have found the dress, just waiting to buy the dress! Brunswick! My fiance is from Arlington!

Thanks for stocking me up on date night ideas for the fiance! I am scared of sushi, but intrigued by Edamame as well as Northstar. I live in New Albany, I'd love to know about the organic type restaurant that was mentioned. A favorite of mine is Mongolian BBQ. Love being able to customize!

That much I get, but with my BMR and my calorie goal, I'm only left with a 60 calorie deficit? and In the past when I changed my exercise amount, it would increase or decrease my allotted calories for the day...

Thanks, everyone. I'm looking for a dry mix. A lot of my crockpot meals call for it, and I really hate dumping in the straight sodium from those packets.

I'm a 6/2013 bride! I'm totally up for more support!

@ally, there is no such thing as 'just' a MOH! I'd be lost without mine!

Thanks for the advice! I'll look into the article when I have a moment. I was fitted last year for the Guide 3 at a running shop here in town. They put me in that due to how I pronate (I walk on the outsides of my feet...hyper or hypo?). I just noticed that when I began my running program again recently (after much time…

Bump!

So after giving it thought and showing my food journal for several people, I think I will get blood work done once my new insurance comes into effect. I'm just so frustrated...not willing or ready to give up, but very very frustrated.

Thanks guys. I really don't know that I eat that much processed food, but this past week was bad in particular. I lost the transmission in my car, and had to eat dinner on the run several nights while I looked at other cars. I generally keep my sodium below 2000, but was better at that when I ate lower calories. Actually,…

I'll be re-starting on Monday as well. I started mid-way through July, but have missed several days. I would rather have a clean slate.
-
I increased my cals today, and man, I'm 91 short for the day. It's hard to eat 1900 calories! (after exercise) Anyone else with ideas?

The side lunges get me too! It's the arms...I have very little upper body strength. I still haven't taken those pictures...once again, I should probably get on that.
-
I just changed myself to active, and it has me at like 1530 now instead of 1370. I'll give that number a go for a while. I also must start eating back at least half of my exercise calories. Time to get creative!
-
Thanks guys, keep the advice coming! I struggle with sodium, well, I try to keep it under 2000 a day, and that is where I'm hurting. I eat about 90g of protein a day, and always meet my fiber goals. I'll play with the settings, but I don't consider myself moderately active, even though I exercise almost daily. When I'm not…

Day 5 down! Missed yesterday, we had a 12 hour power outage that really cramped my work out, lol!

I did Day 4, Level 1 this morning. Still haven't gotten pictures or measurements...I should get on that.

I'm all set to do Day 3 today, but I am so sore I'm really going to have to talk myself into it. I've been doing the program in addition to my other workouts. My calves are killing! I still need to measure myself and take some pictures. I want to be able to see how far I've come. I already told my boyfriend I'm kicking him…

I just finished day one, level one. I'm really tired...my aunt has a boot camp in the mornings. I'm going to measure and take some pictures when I change for the pool.
-
I'm excited...I ordered my 30DS and will be adding it to my schedule once it comes...I already work our with my aunt mon-thurs, a weight lifting class 2x per week, and fit ~4mile walks in there...hopring to see some results!

I got mine, a New Balance, at Target for under $70. I am VERY pleased with it. It does have a chest strap.
