My TDEE is 2414, and my BMR is 1563. I set my calorie goal to 2052 (TDEE-15%). Adjusted protein, fiber, carbs, and fat to 30, 30, 40, 30. Now, how on earth do I eat this much? Another advice-seeker!
Help! I am barely netting 1200 calories, especially on days I work out. I'm adding to my workouts, so it should be about 600 calories burned 3x per week. I run and am now adding in weight lifting. I need to up my calories, but stay within my levels. I'm very picky about sodium. any advice? My diary is open.

Ok, so according to the site, if I did not work out at all, I can eat 1,470 calories per day and lose 1 lb per week. Now...if I put in that I want to work out 3xs at 30 minutes each, my calories don't budge. Also according to the calculator, my BMR is 1,458. Something is clearly not adding up for me right now... Confused...

Kindle or Nook?
Kindle or Nook? Leaning towards a Nook...but which one? I like the idea of the e-ink, so the color Nook may be out. I like that the e-ink actually looks like a book.
