Ok, so according to the site, if I did not work out at all, I can eat 1,470 calories per day and lose 1 lb per week.
Now...if I put in that I want to work out 3xs at 30 minutes each, my calories don't budge.
Also according to the calculator, my BMR is 1,458.
Something is clearly not adding up for me right now...
Confused...

Once you actually do the exercise and mark it in, then MFP will increase your calories for the day, by the amount that you burn.0

That much I get, but with my BMR and my calorie goal, I'm only left with a 60 calorie deficit?
and In the past when I changed my exercise amount, it would increase or decrease my allotted calories for the day...0
