Another advice-seeker!

Help!

I am barely netting 1200 calories, especially on days I work out. I'm adding to my workouts, so it should be about 600 calories burned 3x per week. I run and am now adding in weight lifting.

I need to up my calories, but stay within my levels. I'm very picky about sodium.
any advice?
