Stay at home mommy to 3 here! I have a son who will be 4 in June and 10 month old twin girls. I was on MFP last year before I got pregnant and had great success. Fell off the bandwagon when I got pregnant but I am back on and at full force!! Good luck to all.

You look GREAT!!!! What a transformation! Being a (newly) twin mom myself, I know what a toll a twin pregnancy takes on a woman's body. But you are sheer proof that us twin moms can come back from it!!!!!!!

When I was pregnant with my twins we were neck and neck. Sadly, he only has about 45 pounds on me. If I hit my first goal weight we will be about 60lbs apart which I am definitely ok with!

If you only have a small amount of weight to lose, then you may feel like the weight training is not helping you move down on the scale. In fact, the number may even go up, but you will look thinner. This is due to an increase in lean body mass (muscle, bone, blood volume) and a decrease in body fat. In other words, even…

Sounds like you may need to kick start your metabolism before your run. Eat something small 15-30 minutes before you exercise may help you not feel so hungry after. I am by no means a professional, but I think something small like a yogurt or banana would suffice. Also, I have read sometimes hunger can often be confused…

I usually try to go to the gym and be back before my kiddies get up. That means waking up at 4:45 and being home by 6:30. But my hubby doesn't get home from work until 10pm and I am often up waiting for him to get a chance to hang out without children. I am currently only getting to the gym 3 times a week. 2 of those times…

Wow, great job!! I have a friend who had the same issue from her pregnancy with her daughter. She is still considering having surgery to repair it. I will have to tell your amazing success story!

Thanks for the answers! So here is my next question. In the past when I have logged my exercise and "eat back" my calories, I ALWAYS wind up going over on protein. Is this a bad thing?

Sunday is usually the hardest day for me because we do a lot of "visiting" with the kids. We see my inlaws or my parents, or my sister, etc. I try to eat a smaller breakfast. Before we head out to do errands/visiting I pack myself a couple of small snacks. Usually things my kids won't try to steal from me (raisins, carrot…

I see a HUGE difference!!! You are looking fabulous! In your before pic, keep in mind your sweatshirt is a bit baggy so it's not really showing your tummy area. But I think your abdomen looks more toned, your arms look thinner, your butt looks slimmed, and I definitely see a difference in your face. You are doing a GREAT…

week 1 complete, down 6lbs! Great start everyone, let's keep up the good work!

A loss is still a loss! I find in the beginning of my eating right and exercising I start off with a slow weight loss. Probably because your body is adjusting to the change and holding onto some calories. Don't give up! The slower/steadier it comes off the easier it is to keep off!

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You look FABULOUS!!!!
