Most times, I fill mine as soon as I have decided what I'm having. I pack my lunch/snacks and take it all to work with me, so I fill all of that in as soon as I know I'm going to eat it. With dinners, I can sometimes plan those earlier and fill them in, but I usually have to adjust portions later in the day. Whatever works…

I do the exact same thing. No matter what you do, make sure you do it the EXACT same every time. Same time, same day, same scale, same clothes (or same NO clothes! ha)

Yes. I love Better'n Peanut Butter. I eat the low sodium kind and it is delicious and low-calorie! I've found it at other whole foods type stores and some grocery stores. Visit their website and see if they stock it anywhere near you.

After doing the routine a few times, it gets much easier to learn the moves and know what is coming up next, etc. If you're having problems, try doing the "New to Class" routine. It goes a little slower, breaking down what you should be doing. I know some people who have found it to be helpful. Remember - just keep moving.…

This didn't answer the question. She didn't ask, "Is it okay for me to eat potatoes?" If you're not going to answer the question that was asked, why even bother replying?

I just bought a HRM. The number of calories that I actually burned was less than the number of calories the website told me I should have burned. My suggestion is that if you're eating the exercise calories, be sure you know exactly how many calories you're really burning, or you may end up overeating.
