Hit a Milestone...but with a question

I hit a milestone on the scale this morning but today isn't my "official weigh in day". Do I log the loss or wait until Friday? Thoughts? Opinions? I'm going back and forth on whether or not to log it.

Up to you! I say it counts no matter what. However, if you're trying to only record on official weigh in days, then wait. I log all my losses, because they're real even if it's only for a day or two.0

Maybe you could log it and be extra good for the week so you know that come weigh in day you'll definitely be there if not surpassing your goal?0

I weigh everyday - It is the only way I stay motivated.
When I see a gain (because you will if you weigh daily) it pushes me to work harder, if I see a loss, I log that sucker!! lol0 -
